The Pink Vieux is an elegantly simple gin concoction with a slightly spicy finish.

Serves 1
Medium difficulty

Ingredients

  • 40ml gin

  • 10ml elderflower liqueur

  • 50ml Britvic Grapefruit Juice

  • 20ml Britvic Ginger Ale to top

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except the Britvic Ginger Ale.

  2. Double strain into a wine glass.

  3. Top with Britvic Ginger Ale.

Garnish

Garnish with thin strips of fresh ginger.
