Orange Anejo Highball

Rum and ginger with a twist. Lush orange Curacao and bitters add an extra touch of class to a timeless classic.

Ingredients

  • 40ml aged rum

  • 10ml orange Curacao

  • 10ml fresh lemon juice

  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

  • Britvic Ginger Beer to top

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.

  2. Add aged rum, orange Curacao, lime juice and Angostura Bitters and stir.

  3. Top with Britvic Ginger Beer.

Garnish

Garnish with cucumber slices and lemon peel twist.
