Ingredients

  • 25ml gin

  • 25ml Cointreau

  • 200ml Britvic Pineapple Juice

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with cubed ice.

  2. Add the gin, Cointreau and Britvic Pineapple Juice and shake well.

  3. Strain into highball glass.

Garnish

Garnish with a lime twist.
