Ingredients
- 25ml overproof rum
- 25ml Aperol
- 25ml Britvic Pineapple Juice
- 10ml Britvic Orange Juice
- 10ml fresh lime juice
- 5ml Teisseire Liquid Cane Sugar pinch of salt
- 3 inches of pineapple skin
Method
- Fill shaker with cubed ice and add the Aperol, overproof rum, Britvic Pineapple Juice, lime juice, salt and pineapple skin.
- Shake and strain into tumbler.
