Ingredients
- 25ml Rhubarb Gin
 - 25ml Aperol
 - 15ml Lime Juice Britvic Ginger Ale
 
Method
- Fill a mule tin or Collins glass with cubed ice.
 - Pour in the gin, Aperol and squeezed lime
 - Top up with Ginger Ale..
