Ingredients

  • 25ml whiskey
  • 10ml vanilla liqueur
  • 10ml Teisseire Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 5ml egg white

Method

  • Add cubed ice to a shaker along with Teisseire Passion Fruit and whiskey.
  • Shake and strain into a chilled shot or port glass.
  • Top with egg white whisked with the vanilla liqueur.
