Ingredients

  • 20ml Bacardi Anejo Cuatro
  • 20ml Teisseire Mint Syrup
  • 20ml fresh lemon juice sparkling wine to top

Method

  • Add cubed ice to a shaker along with all of the ingredients except for the sparkling wine.
  • Shake and fine strain into a chilled champagne glass.
  • Sparkling wine to top.
