Ingredients
- 20ml Bacardi Anejo Cuatro
- 20ml Teisseire Mint Syrup
- 20ml fresh lemon juice sparkling wine to top
Method
- Add cubed ice to a shaker along with all of the ingredients except for the sparkling wine.
- Shake and fine strain into a chilled champagne glass.
- Sparkling wine to top.
