Ingredients
- 45ml golden rum
- 3cm fresh ginger
- 2tsp runny honey
- 10ml Teisseire Lime Syrup
- 10ml fresh lime juice Britvic Ginger Ale to top
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method
- Place ginger slices into shaker and mash with a pestle.
- Add the honey, golden rum, Teisseire Lime and lime juice, and stir until mixed.
- Add cubed ice and shake.
- Fill tumbler with cubed ice and strain shaker into glass.
- Top with Britvic Ginger Ale and Angostura Bitters.
