Ingredients

  • 50ml Tequila
  • 25ml Salted Caramel Syrup
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 100ml Pepsi Max

Method

  • Pre-prepare a margarita glass with a pink salt rim by wiping the rim with a wedge of lime to moisten it and then rolling the rim through a dish of pink salt crystals.
  • Add the tequila, salted caramel syrup and lime juice to a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake to mix.
  • Strain into your pink salt rimmed glass and top with Pepsi MAX
