40ml aged rum
10ml orange Curacao
10ml fresh lemon juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Britvic Ginger Beer to top

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add aged rum, orange Curacao, lime juice and Angostura Bitters and stir.
Top with Britvic Ginger Beer.
