25ml Strawberry Teisseire
200ml Britvic Indian Tonic
4 Strawberry quarters

Method

Fill a gin coupe with cubed ice and strawberries
Pour in the Gin
Add the strawberry syrup
Top up with Britvic Indian Tonic
