British Summer Mule

A light and refreshing update on the classic Moscow Mule with its signature ginger kick, enlivened with zesty lime and a hint of sweet British rhubarb

Ingredients

  • 25ml Rhubarb Gin

  • 25ml Aperol

  • 15ml Lime Juice

  • Britvic Ginger Ale

Method

  1. Fill a mule tin or Collins glass with cubed ice.

  2. Pour in the gin, Aperol and squeezed lime

  3. Top up with Ginger Ale.

Garnish

Garnish with a mint sprig & lime wedge
