Espresso Summer

The fresh mint and zippy lemonade combine with the espresso for a whole new way to get your caffeine fix.

Ingredients

  • 40ml gin

  • 10ml Teisseire Coconut Syrup

  • 1 shot espresso

  • 8 mint leaves

  • R.White's lemonade to top

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except the lemonade.

  2. Double strain into a glass.

  3. Top with R.White's lemonade.

Garnish

Garnish with a mint leaf.
