If you've never tried a rye whiskey, this great drink will kick-start your love affair.

Ingredients

  • 40ml rye whiskey

  • 15ml sweet vermouth

  • 15ml Teisseire Peach Syrup

  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Method

  1. Pour the whiskey, sweet vermouth and Teisseire Peach into a cocktail glass.

  2. Add a dash of Angostura Bitters and serve with a large cube of ice.
