A cocktail classic that no bar should do without, the Mai Tai will have you thinking you are rocking in a hammock on a beach.


  • 20ml white rum

  • 20ml dark rum

  • 20ml Cointreau

  • 20ml Teisseire Orgeat (Almond) Syrup

  • 20ml Teisseire Lime Syrup

  • 160ml Britvic Orange Juice


  1. Fill a tumbler glass with cubed ice.

  2. Add the rums, Cointreau and syrups to the glass.

  3. Add Britvic Orange Juice and stir.


Garnish with a orange slices, mint leaves and a cherry.
