Ingredients

  • 20ml bourbon

  • 25ml Southern Comfort

  • 160ml Britvic Pineapple Juice

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.

  2. Add the bourbon and Southern Comfort.

  3. Pour in the Britvic Pineapple Juice.

Garnish

Garnish with pineapple leaves, pink peppercorns and a wedge of lemon.
