A simple variation of the popular gin and tonic, this recipe brings the sweet taste of fresh strawberries into the mix to enjoy during the summer when the berries are in season.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Gin

  • 25ml Strawberry Teisseire

  • 200ml Britvic Indian Tonic

  • 4 Strawberry quarters

Method

  1. Fill a gin coupe with cubed ice and strawberries

  2. Pour in the Gin

  3. Add the strawberry syrup

  4. Top up with Britvic Indian Tonic

Garnish

Garnish with a strawberry
