The Summit of 72 is the height of retro-cool with the flavours of vanilla vodka and deep caramel notes of Pepsi Max, luxuriously finished off with a scoop of ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 25ml vodka

  • 25ml vanilla vodka

  • 200ml Pepsi Max

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Method

  1. Fill a jam jar with cubed ice.

  2. Add the vanilla vodka, vodka and Pepsi Max.

  3. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Garnish

Garnish with mint leaves.
