You'll be asked to find your outlet using your postcode. If you can't find it, send us a message and we'll add you to the list so you can enjoy the benefits!

If you're trying to register as a convenience store, please visit our dedicated support portal: At Your Convenience. This is also managed by Britvic and will provide you with similar benefits.
Head to the account details page of your account and you'll be able to update your email address.
If you're logged in you can change your password on the account details page of your account. If you can't remember your password you can use the forgotten password form to reset it.
First check your junk mail folder, sometimes the email will end up there. If you still can't find it, send us a message and we'll try and help you out.
If you've moved to a new outlet, you'll need to create an account for that outlet. If an account already exists, find out who owns the account ask them to update their email address. If you cannot contact them, send us a message and we'll do our best to help.
If your outlet has moved to a new address, contact our team and we'll update your account details.
If you'd like to close your Sensational Drinks account, send us a message and we'll get it sorted out for you.
Please note, account closure is not reversible.
We have a limited number of free items, therefore our allocation rules are in place to ensure nobody takes advantage of the free items and every outlet has the opportunity to claim.
