Ingredients
- 50ml Irish whiskey
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 25ml Teisseire Blueberry Syrup
- 1 egg white
- Britvic Ginger Ale to top
Method
- Add cubed ice to a shaker along with all of the ingredients.
- Shake and then strain.
- Shake again without ice to create a foam.
- Pour into a whiskey tumbler and top with Britvic Ginger Ale.
