Want to make an exotic statement, just like a bird of paradise? This is the drink to make it with - a flavourful cocktail for any season.

Medium difficulty

Ingredients

  • 25ml overproof rum

  • 25ml Aperol

  • 25ml Britvic Pineapple Juice

  • 10ml Britvic Orange Juice

  • 10ml fresh lime juice

  • 5ml Teisseire Liquid Cane Sugar

  • pinch of salt

  • 3 inches of pineapple skin 

Method

  1. Fill shaker with cubed ice and add the Aperol, overproof rum, Britvic Pineapple Juice, lime juice, salt and pineapple skin.

  2. Shake and strain into tumbler.

Garnish

Garnish with pineapple leaf and wedge.
