Ingredients

  • 20ml Bacardi Anejo Cuatro

  • 20ml Teisseire Mint Syrup

  • 20ml fresh lemon juice

  • sparkling wine to top

Method

  1. Add cubed ice to a shaker along with all of the ingredients except for the sparkling wine.

  2. Shake and fine strain into a chilled champagne glass.

  3. Sparkling wine to top.

Garnish

Garnish with a lemon twist.
