Sweet amaretto combines with the burnt caramel notes of bourbon and Pepsi Max to create an indulgent after-dinner drink.

Ingredients

  • 25ml bourbon

  • 25ml amaretto

  • 100ml Pepsi Max

  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Method

  1. Fill a tumbler with cubed ice.

  2. Add in the amaretto and bourbon.

  3. Top with Pepsi Max.

  4. Add a dash of Angostura Bitters.

Garnish

Garnish with a fresh cherry, cinnamon stick and orange peel.
