35ml golden rum
10ml pedro ximenez sherry
160ml Britvic Ginger Ale
Half fill a highball glass with cubed ice.
Add the rum and sherry, and stir well.
Pour in the Britvic Ginger Ale.
Garnish with a whole red chilli.
