The Cointreau adds an orange kick to the pineapple juice and the rum takes the whole drink up a notch.

Ingredients

  • 25ml white rum

  • 25ml Cointreau

  • 160ml Britvic Pineapple Juice

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with cubed ice.

  2. Pour in the white rum and Cointreau.

  3. Add the Britvic Pineapple Juice.

Garnish

Garnish with pineapple leaves.
