Ingredients

50ml White rum
2 Lime wedges
8 Mint leaves
Full bottle Apple & Watermelon Spritz J2O
Mint sprig
Watermelon wedge (optional

Method

Half fill a highball glass with ice. Slap 8 mint leaves and add to glass. Squeeze in 2 lime wedges. Add 50ml white rum. Top with Apple & Watermelon Spritz J2O. Stir to distribute the mint, garnish and serve
