Ingredients

  • 25ml white rum

  • 25ml dark rum

  • 25ml Mathieu Teisseire Almond

  • 200ml Pineapple Juice

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with cubed ice.

  2. Pour in the white rum and almond syrup.

  3. Add the Pineapple Juice.

Garnish

Garnish with a pineapple wedge & leaf/mint sprig & lime wedge
