The popular mojito enjoys a herbal twist with the addition of fragrant Purdey's Edge.

Medium difficulty

Ingredients

  • 50ml gin

  • 250ml Purdey's Edge

  • 25ml fresh lime juice

  • 12 mint leaves

Method

  1. Half-fill a highball glass with cubed ice.

  2. Add the gin, lime juice and mint leaves.

  3. Top with Purdey's Edge.

Garnish

Garnish with mint leaves and a lemon wedge.
