Read moreBranded glassware is usually available as a new member reward. If you've already claimed yours, make sure to keep an eye on emails from us (visit My Account to edit your marketing preferences) to be the first to know when we release limited stock of branded glasses to existing members.
Note: We don't currently have R White's, Britvic or 20oz Pepsi glasses available.
All our orders are delivered by Parcelforce which usually makes deliveries Monday - Friday, between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. Most orders arrive within 3 to 4 working days of the order being placed.
You can track the status of your order on the 'My orders' page of your account. If your order still hasn't arrived after 5 working days, please send us a message and we'll do our best to help you.
Your order cannot be sent to a different address at the minute but we advise you to leave clear indications at your delivery location to help our courier leave your parcel in a safe place, should you not be there to receive it.
If you're logged in you can change your password in the account details section of your account. If you can't remember your password you can use the forgotten password form to reset it.
First check your junk mail folder, sometimes the email will end up there. If you still can't find it, send us a message and we'll try and help you out.
