Water-cooled systems

If your Cooler does not have a condenser grill, this means you have a water-cooled system. You will therefore need to make the following checks to the Pump Box & Heat Dump.

Pump Box

Top up the Pump Box if the level is under the 'MIN' line.

  • Remove the fill cap circled.
  • Fill up to the 'Max' line.
  • Put cap back on, soak up excess water and turn the cooler back on.

If you are regularly refilling the Pump Box, you may have a leak on the system. Please log a call for a Technician to investigate.

Before filling you must switch off the power to the cooler at the mains socket.

Heat Dump

The Heat Dump will be mounted to a wall on the outside of the building. Check this is not obstructed by fallen leaves or foliage, as this will prevent airflow and lead to poor cooler performance. If it is obstructed, please clear the front and rear of the heat dump with a hand held brush. Once clear, turn the cooler back on.

Before clearing you must switch the cooler power off at the mains socket.
