Looking to order glassware for your outlet? Here's what you need to know.
We occasionally have glassware available to order for free, but please note that stock is limited and isn't guaranteed.
While we can’t provide advance updates, you can be the first to know when glassware is back in stock by opting in to receive email communication.

When glassware is in stock, it will be made available on our POS kits page.
If there isn't stock, you can reach out to your wholesale or Britvic representative.
Alternatively, we're more than happy for you to serve our drinks using the glassware you have available at your outlet.
We are currently not accepting paid orders for glassware.
When glassware becomes available to order, we are unable to offer alternative sizes.
We recommend serving our drinks in 16oz glasses, though we understand that some beverages may be better suited to different sizes.

If the glassware isn’t listed on our website, it means we currently don’t have it in stock. In the meantime, we're more than happy for you to serve Britvic drinks using your own glasses.

Orders can take up to five working days to be delivered. If you still haven't received yours, please fill this form and we will get back to you within two working days.
We're sorry your delivery was damaged. Please contact our team and we’ll promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent.
