Item not arrived? Ordered the wrong thing? Here's what you need to know:
All our orders are delivered by Parcelforce which usually makes deliveries Monday - Friday, between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. Most orders arrive within 3 to 4 working days of the order being placed.
You can track the status of your order on the 'My orders' page of your account. If your order still hasn't arrived after 5 working days, please send us a message and we'll do our best to help you.
If your order hasn't been packed for delivery, we might be able to cancel it. Send us a message to let us know and we'll do our best to help you.
Since all of our kits are free, you don't need to return anything to us and can dispose of any items as you wish.
Exchanging an item may be possible if the alternative is still in stock. Or, if your item didn't reach you in the condition you'd expect - just send us a message and we'll help you out.
If we've sent you something extra by mistake - consider it a freebie! We don't need it back. If you were expecting something else however, send us a message and let us know what's missing.
Your order cannot be sent to a different address at the minute but we advise you to leave clear indications at your delivery location to help our courier leave your parcel in a safe place, should you not be there to receive it.
We have a limited number of free items, therefore our allocation rules are in place to ensure nobody takes advantage of the free items and every outlet has the opportunity to claim.
