REGISTRATION
Upon registration trade retailers in GB are entitled to one of each promotional kit/glassware/point of sale, up to a maximum value of £25 per kit. The available kits will be updated every quarter. Valid email address must be provided and Registrar must be 18+. Orders will be void if incomplete or fraudulently obtained. All claims are subject to verification.
Kits, glassware and point of sale will be allocated on a first come first served basis. There are limited quantities available. Orders will be confirmed via email once placed on www.sensationaldrinks.com. Orders will have 3 delivery attempts and if all 3 fail, the recipient will not be able to re order. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event that POS is not used.
Kits, glassware and POS are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. You are not permitted to sell the kits, glassware or POS, these are for your own commercial use only. Britvic reserves the right to replace the POS with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
NO WARRANTY
The Website and the Content are provided “as is” excluding any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law including (but not limited to) the exclusion of warranties of title, merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of proprietary or third party rights.
