Brad's Ice Tea

This classic cocktail combines elements of stone fruit and citrus with the deep oak notes of bourbon.

Ingredients

  • 25ml bourbon

  • 150ml Pepsi Max

  • 25ml Teisseire Cherry Syrup

  • 50ml fresh lemon juice

Method

  1. Half-fill a highball glass with fractured ice and add the bourbon.

  2. Pour in the lemon juice and the Teisseire Cherry.

  3. Top with Pepsi Max.

Garnish

Garnish with lemon peel.
